Our interns say

Being a student of Social Work, it has always been my passion to work with children. I want to give a big thanks to Bindi International for giving me an opportunity to learn more about Child Education. The entire internship gave me the opportunity to conduct several impact studies on several fields.

With Bindi International, it’s been an incredible journey. It provides me with a fantastic work environment and culture where I can improve my abilities, methods, and morals. I’ve gained knowledge and learned a lot through a variety of programs. I appreciate Bindi for providing me the great opportunity.

My time as an intern at Bindi International’s Education and Health Department was nothing short of transformative. Stepping out of the classroom and into the heart of community work, I noticed the stark disparity between on-ground efforts and policy implementation. Witnessing grassroots workers navigate these intricacies of limited resources was eye opening. It was a privilege to witness the women of the village assume ownership and agency over the work that they did, often contending with familial and societal barriers to ensure their voices and presence was heard and seen.
My time at Bindi International reinforced the importance of listening to the grassroots, amplifying their voices, and crafting solutions that are both responsive and sustainable. My time here was special, and I think about it often.
